State Tennis Results

The 2011 Providence tennis players had a great season.  Susan Carmichael was selected All-State and is the new Ladies' State Champion.  Our girls' team ranked 2nd overall, and the boys ranked 5th.  The four teams that advanced and their results are below.  Congratulations to the PCS tennis team!

Ladies Singles – Susan Carmichael, State Champion (one has to win four matches to win the title)

Ladies Doubles – Meagan Songer and Mickayla Staten, advanced to semi finals (won two, lost one)

Gentlemen’s Doubles – Landon Martin and Alan Songer, advanced to semifinals (won two, lost one)

Gentlemen’s Doubles – Grant Chesser and Daniel Hartland, won one, lost one
