PCS School Awards 2019-2020

Dear PCS students and families,

Today marks an opportunity for us to celebrate, not just because it is the last day of school, but also because we proclaim and honor the Lord’s provision through unprecedented circumstances. Today we can rejoice for all that God has done for us in the midst of a global pandemic, social distancing, and remote learning. He has upheld our school and community and made it possible for us to continue in our mission of training students to impact their culture for Christ.

We also pause to celebrate all of the hard work you and your families have put into completing this school year with diligence and excellence. I’m reminded of Paul’s words to the Colossians, “Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.” While we value the opportunity to recognize students with end-of-the-year awards, giving honor to whom honor is due, these awards pale in comparison to the rewards which await us in Christ.

To all of our PCS students: If you worked hard as unto the Lord this year, He is well pleased. Well done!

To all of our PCS parents: We thank you for trusting us to partner with you in educating your children. It is our greatest privilege and honor.

Please know that your PCS faculty and staff treasure each of you and miss connecting with you in person. I look forward to the day when we can all return to campus — this special place that has made us a family and prepared us for such a time as this.

Semper excelsior ad gloriam Dei
(Always ever upward to the glory of God!)
