For most of his life, Abdu Murray was a proud Muslim who studied the Qur’an and Islam and defended his faith openly among Christians. Through a nine-year investigation of major world religions and viewpoints, Abdu discovered that only the historic Christian faith can answer the questions of the mind and the longings of the heart.

What followed was a changed life and a dogged commitment to spreading the truth of the Christian Gospel. With degrees in psychology and law, Murray serves as the Senior Vice President of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries and the Scholar in Residence of Christian Thought and Apologetics at the Josh McDowell Institute of Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He has authored three books and is frequently called upon to speak and debate around the world.

Abdu Murray’s most recent book, Saving Truth: Finding Meaning and Clarity in a Post-Truth World, provides arguments from a Christian perspective for the foundations of truth and how those foundations apply to prominent issues facing our society. For those enmeshed in the culture of confusion, the book offers a way to untangle oneself and find hope in the clarity that Christ offers. It is available on Amazon.com, Christianbook.com, and Audible.com.

He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created. — James 1:18
